Asus is my top recommendation as they always use high quality parts! I frequently use Asus parts in a majority of computers I build because they are so reliable!

Dell is another one of my recommendations as they tend to make good computers using good parts!

Operating System Alternative: If you do not have to use Microsoft Windows™ you can download a great Linux Distribution designed to have a similar look and feel called Zorin that is free, unless you want their optional paid version for $20.
